The BACN/Church Pharmacy Bursary Programme offers financial support to BACN full members wishing to undertake prescribing qualifications or undertake 'innovative research in the speciality of aesthetics'. The BACN is all about supporting its members and this is another reason why aesthetic nurses should join. Education, training and CPD are the most important issues that aesthetic nurses think about on a daily basis.
Sharon Bennett – BACN Chair said, ‘We have spoken for a number of years about developing a Bursary Scheme for our members and with the support of Church Pharmacy we are now able to do this. The BACN has had a longstanding relationship with Church Pharmacy so we are delighted that we can announce this partnership’.
Zain Bhojani, Managing Director of Church Pharmacy said, ‘A huge part of our business involves aesthetic nurses and this is another way in which we as a company are showing our continuing commitment to nurses working in aesthetics. We have supported the BACN for many years and are delighted to be the BACN’s partner in such a super scheme’.
