Anatomy of the face and how it applies to facial aesthetics, with particular regards to the ageing process

Taimur Shoaib is a fully accredited specialist consultant plastic surgeon on the General Medical Council's specialist register for plastic surgery. He is a former Consultant in the NHS at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary, a Consultant at the Glasgow BMI and Nuffield private hospitals, a consultant at La Belle Forme Clinic in Glasgow, an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Glasgow and a Faculty Member of the Allergan Medical Institute. He runs a cosmetic practice where he has special interests in body reshaping, breast and facial surgery and had a former NHS practice in cancers of the face and mouth (as a head and neck surgeon) and for complex skin cancers requiring reconstruction and surgery for cancer spread. He has performed cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures in the face, breast and body for over a decade and takes pride in the quality of the results he regularly achieves.

Non surgical lead Nurse for The Private Clinic, and Clinical Lead and Lead trainer for Cosmetic Courses. Mel is a Registered Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber, with a background working in Burns & Plastics and Accident & Emergency at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. With 11 years as an aesthetic practitioner, working in and managing a number of Aesthetic/Cosmetic clinics. Mel has passion for training others, to ensure that high standards are always paramount, and that medics coming into this area have a thorough understanding of the basics necessary for successful outcomes for patients. Mel has a great interest in the ageing process, and always works with her patients to ensure that they have an understanding of this process as she feels this leads to a more realistic expectation and therefor a more satisfied outcome. Prior to nurse training Mel was a Beauty Therapist, having her own salon and also teaching all aspects of Beauty Therapy.

Lou is a highly experienced Clinic Director and Nurse Prescriber with a background in mental health and general nursing. She is well respected for her experience, safe practice and expertise which resulted in being awarded the prestigious Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner UK 2014 and was nominated for The Safety in Beauty Award for Aesthetic Nurse practitioner 2017. She was also recommended by the 2016 Tatler Cosmetic Guide as best clinic for new patients. Lou is currently studying for her Masters in Aesthetics and is an honorary member of the BACN as well as the Regional Lead for East Anglia and a member of the CPR Advisory Board and the Galderma Nurse Faculty.
Dr Elizabeth Raymond Brown
Clinical Photography - Keeping it legal, accurate & consistent

Following a first degree in Photographic Science, Elizabeth completed her PhD at Loughborough University and was appointed as lecturer in laser safety, responsible for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and professional short course development. She moved to become Head of Lasers at Loughborough College and developed the first national Level 4 qualifications, in cosmetic laser therapies and laser safety management. Elizabeth continued to develop and deliver customised qualifications from a number of training centres until 2011. Elizabeth now acts as educational consultant for private training providers and has developed new Level 4-7 qualifications in non-surgical cosmetic interventions to meet the HEE recommendations for this sector. She is currently Academic Lead for the MSc. in Non-Surgical Cosmetic Interventions at UCLan, Preston, and continues to deliver laser/light related training throughout the UK. As an RPA2000 accredited Laser Protection Adviser, Elizabeth provides independent laser/ILS training and support services for private clinics, hospital laser departments and Local Authorities. Elizabeth has published laser safety articles, authored the HABIA Booklet ‘Safe Use of Laser/IPL Equipment’, is a regular contributor to journals and aesthetic events and a member of the JCCP Education & Training working group for laser, light and energy based therapies.
Dr Kuldeep Minocha
Individualized approach when treating the full face

Dr Minocha trained at Southampton University, qualifying in medicine in 1991. After 16 years working as a local GP working for the NHS, he commenced training and practice in facial aesthetics in 2006. From 2012 to date, Dr Minocha is lead aesthetic physician at the renowned Whiteley Clinic in London and Surrey. With his authentic approach he has quickly built a loyal client base, performing over 30,000 procedures with clients from all over the globe including Hollywood and British actresses. Using a combination of muscle relaxing injections and dermal fillers as well as Silhouette Soft threads Dr Minocha creates natural looking results for his patients. Having trained extensively in Paris and Geneva, Dr Minocha now incorporates teaching and mentoring as part of his weekly schedule. He has performed international lectures, workshops and live demonstrations at congresses around the world ranging from IMCAS Paris, AMWC Monaco, RADLA Sao Paulo, World Experts Meeting Barcelona and NVCG Netherlands. He has also conducted workshops in Beirut, Hamburg, Kuwait, Dublin and Dubai (American College of Cosmetic Surgeons). From 2015 Dr Minocha has been a global brand ambassador for Galderma.
