Lisa Niemier has worked in the aesthetic industry for 10 years. Previous to this she worked in the NHS for 27 years in a management role, alongside an education role at Bournemouth University. She has been a lead nurse in the BACN for 5 years and has taught for one of the leading aesthetic teaching providers. Lisa has contributed to research and publications and is keen on influencing the industry to providing high standards of care. She holds a level 7 qualification for Mentoring and a Teaching & Assessing qualification. Lisa runs a successful clinic in Bournemouth.
The aesthetic industry has changed considerably since Lisa became involved. Her reasoning for taking a role on the BACN board is to ensure best practice is conducted within the industry by an organisation with credibility and respect who can influence the wider public, the political and national agenda.
In her spare time Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, sport, fitness and dancing.
